The design of the electromagnetic lock (or magnetic lock) is the same as that of the electromagnet, which uses the principle of electromagnetism. When the current passes through the silicon steel sheet, the electromagnetic lock will generate a strong suction force and tightly absorb the adsorption iron plate to achieve the effect of locking the door. . Therefore, it is widely used in automatic doors, but this kind of lock will also have insufficient suction or no suction failure when it is used for a long time.
First. The magnetic lock (electromagnetic lock) of the automatic door has a little suction or insufficient suction. Reasons and solutions:
1. There is no standard installation of the magnetic lock during installation.
2. The traction plate of the magnetic lock is installed too tightly, so that the magnetic lock body and the traction plate are not completely attracted from surface to surface, but a certain part is attracted. This will inevitably lead to insufficient suction. You can loosen the traction plate a little, so that the traction plate has a range of motion, so that the lock body and the traction plate can be completely attracted.
3. If the inspection is not the above problem, then you can consider the problem of the wire you choose. You can use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the magnetic lock power input (the magnetic lock is normally 12V). The farther the magnetic lock is from the power supply, the greater the voltage drop will be. Insufficient voltage will also cause insufficient suction force of the magnetic lock, or no suction force at all. Our requirements: the distance from the power supply to the magnetic lock is within 50 meters, and it is recommended to use a power cord with a cross-sectional area of 1.0 square millimeters; if it exceeds 50 meters, within 100 meters, the cross-sectional area of the power cord is doubled (2.0 square millimeters), or two 1.0 mm2 of power lines in parallel.
Second, the automatic door magnetic lock (electromagnetic lock) has no reason and solution:
1. First determine whether there is any problem with the power supply for the magnetic lock. Please use a multimeter to test whether the input voltage at the terminal connected to the magnetic lock power line is normal. Under normal circumstances, the voltage should be above 12V; if not, please find out the problem of the power supply.
2. If there is no problem with the power supply after the above test, then check whether the magnetic lock power cord you selected meets the requirements (please refer to the specification for selecting a power cord above).
3.
